Earning Your Rewards Points
As The Woodlands and Wolves Crossing are now both courses under Hansen Golf Management customers of each course will be rewarded for their patronage. The HGM Rewards is a loyalty program that will give customers unusually generous rewards for playing either of the two courses. HGM Rewards can be redeemed for golf, merchandise, sports tickets, lunches, carwashes, dinners to local resteraunts and more and the best part is there is NO COST TO JOIN! Sign up today and Be Rewarded.
One (1) Point rewarded per One (1) Dollar spent on purchases of the following items:
- Greens Fees
- Cart Fees
- Golf Shop Merchandise
- Range Balls
- Golf Shop Merchandise Gift Certificate
- Greens Fee Gift Certificate
- Food & Beverage Purchases
- Golf Tournaments & Special Events (Banquets, Weddings, Parties, etc.)
- Up to a 10,000 point cap
- Points earned from event cannot be used for the same event
- Purchase of a Season Pass or Membership
- Points allocation at the discretion of the facility where the purchase was made.
Just present your Rewards Card at the time of these purchases and the points will be added to your card.
Redemption of Reward Points
When it comes time for you to reap the rewards of your points, just visit either The Woodlands or Wolves Crossing, swipe your card in the computer and choose the reward(s) you want to use. It's that simple. Note: Your points are valid at either course where you have accululated them.
Redeem for Free Green & Cart Fees
- The Woodlands Golf Club & Wolves Crossing Golf Course
- Every 25 points you have earned are equal to $1 of green or cart fees. The amount needed to earn a free green or cart fee will depend on the time of day you would like to play!
Redeem for Merchandise in Golf Shop or Food & Beverage
- The Woodlands Golf Club & Wolves Crossing Golf Course
- Every 50 points you have earned are equal to $1 of food, beverage, or merchandise of your choice!
Terms and Conditions
*Hansen Golf Management and its partners are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. If your card is lost or stolen a new card can be activated for a $5 fee. If there are points remaining in your account upon activation of a new card the points will transfer to your newly activated card.
*It is the sole responsibility of the member to keep track of their card and account. Points cannot be earned or redeemed by anyone other than the card holder themselves. The sharing of any card or account is strictly prohibited and any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of applicable rules is subject to appropriate administrative action by Hansen Golf Management and/or its partners. Such action may include, without limitation, the forfeiture of Points earned, as well as cancellation of the account and the member's future participation in the HGM Rewards Program.
*HGM Rewards Points are subject to change without notice. Hansen Golf Management may change the HGM Rewards Program and rules at any time without notice.
*HGM Rewards Points carry no cash value and can not be redeemed or traded for cash.
